The Company generally seeks opportunities to partner in strategic investments that have repositioning and value-add components with an expectation for high yield returns and/or cash-out opportunities.

3E’s objective is to purchase properties with significant upside potential, where it can execute and reposition to create or  add value. 3E’s team has the knowledge and experience to operationally and financially structure deals to create and unlock value within an investment.

Regional Focus: Our portfolios will generally consider expansion across the U.S, currently active primarily in Kentucky, Indianapolis, Florida, Carolinas, Tennessee, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.

Approach: Opportunistic & Value-Add.

Asset Type: Multifamily, Industrial, Medical, Retail - not limited to.

Deal Size: Typically $3 - $75 million
